Police are investigating the discovery of human remains on a property near Kyogle.
At about 6pm yesterday police were called to a property on Simes Road, Gradys Creek, about 25km north of Kyogle, following reports that human remains had been found.
Police located the remains and established a crime scene.
A guard was placed at the scene overnight, with further examination of the area to be conducted today.
