POLICE RELEASE CCTV FOLLOWING SERIOUS ASSAULT AT BYRON BAY HOTEL

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man, following a serious assault in Byron Bay on June 3.

Officers have released this CCTV, of the moment a man was punched in the face by another, on the dancefloor of the Great Northern Hotel.

The 23-year-old victim suffered serious facial injuries.

Anyone who knows the man in the footage – or the woman accompanying him – is urged to contact Police.
