The southerly change and associated front will trigger more showers and widespread thunderstorm development in northern NSW and south east QLD again tomorrow.
Rain and storms will be more widespread as colder air moves in across the region.
The wet weather will be on/off consistently over the next week or so.
Some heavy localised falls around the northern NSW ranges is expected. Saturday will be very wet again.
