OLD BAR COMMUNITY COLLECTING DONATIONS FOR FLOOD-AFFECTED LISMORE

After receiving help following the bushfires, Old Bar is returning the favour.

A volunteer group has been overwhelmed with donations for those in flood affected Lismore.

Can’t speak highly enough and this what you see now will be ongoing for about the next 3 or 4 weeks,” organiser Jan Wallace said.

“Simple things like soap, toothbrushes, fragrances but cleaning products… very popular,” Chris Barrett added.

A fundraiser will also be held on April 17.
