A teenage driver’s been killed during a police chase on the NSW mid north coast.
Police attempted to stop a car at Kempsey around 2am, but the driver sped off.
Police chased the driver north to Macksville, where the vehicle collided with a B-Double. The driver died at the scene while the truck driver was not injured.
A critical incident team is looking into the crash and police want to speak to anyone who saw the chase or the collision.
