The Bureau of Meteorology has warned the Wilsons River could reach moderate flooding by tomorrow afternoon.
Warnings have also been issued for minor flooding in the Brunswick and Richmond rivers.
Residents in flood-prone areas are being urged to monitor water levels and have their home emergency kit ready.
