LITTLE ENVIRONMENTALISTS COUNT DOWN TO EARTH HOUR

You’re never too young to learn about the environment, according to students at Lake Macquarie Educational Preschool.

The centre powered off at midday to observe Earth Hour.

8.30 Saturday night will mark 10 years since Australia’s first Earth Hour event, which encourages people to reduce their carbon footprint, by switching off their lights for 60 minutes.
