BUSY SUNDAY FOR NARRABRI FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS

Fire and Rescue crews in Narrabri were kept busy yesterday.
They were first called to a hotel on Maitland Street, after a dryer in a hotel store room caught alight.
The appliance was destroyed, and caused smoke damage to the rest of the room.
Soon after crews were called back to Maitland Street after a car drove into a house.
Crews cleaned up a large fuel spill as the car was towed away, also helping the SES prop up the damaged roof.
Thankfully, no-one was seriously injured.
