The Nambucca Shire has secured a loan of $1.5-million to conduct much needed repair works on bridges and roads in the area.
Half a million-dollars will go towards resealing local roads, while bridges at Missibotti, South Arm and Utungan will be revamped.
The money has been given to council under the State Government’s Local Infrastructure Renewal Scheme, and will have to be paid back.
