Guyra’s Lamb and Potato Festival has been cancelled.
Usually held mid to late January, the event brings farmers and chefs from near and far to showcase produce and delicious meals.
Organisers say they didn’t want to risk a super spreader event, and vendors had pulled out due to Queensland border concerns.
There’s hope the event will return in 2023.
