BYRON BAY SPECIAL EFFECTS COMPANY RELOCATING TO BALLINA

A building move for a Byron Bay special effects company is set to create another 50 jobs for the film and television industry.
Cumulus VFX will make the move to Ballina, following a state government grant from the Regional Job Creation Fund.
“The government has therefore committed 1 million dollars to supporting this mazing project, a proven track record of someone whose a leader in their own right, and to make this move to make it bigger better, to be an extraordinary” said The Hon. Ben Franklin, Arts, Aboriginal Affairs and Regional Youth Minister New South Wales.
Newly elected Mayor of Ballina, Sharon Cadwallader says she’s also proud to see more jobs created in the region.
