MICE PLAGUE MAY FINALLY STAY AWAY WITH WET WEATHER AROUND

There may be a silver lining to the excessive wet weather faced by farmers with CSIRO experts saying we may have seen the end of the mice plague

A number of factors are behind a reduction in numbers in the North West, including baiting – and the persistent rain and flooding.

But landholders are warned not to be complacent, and are advised to keep on top of any mice activity they see.
