CALROSSY GOES ORANGE TO RAISE MONEY FOR BUSHFIRE RELIEF

Students at Calrossy Anglican School cooked up a storm today, selling hundreds of orange cupcakes to raise funds for families affected by the recent Dunedoo bushfires.
Year 10 student, Megan Seis (SAYS) saw the devastation first-hand, travelling back to her family home to help locals pick up the pieces.
“By the time we got there, it had already burnt a fair bit of country and it was, yeah, really quite scary to see how much it had burnt in such a quick time.”
The girls sold out of the bite-sized goods in minutes – raising almost $350 to send to communities in the Central West.
