STRUGGLING BUSINESS CALLS FOR RESIDENTS TO RETURN TO SURFERS

Businesses have called for more initiatives to help draw Gold Coast residents into the struggling Surfers Paradise precinct.

The demand comes as a new 30 year plan to revitalise the outdated hub was released.
