FAMILIES EAGER TO CROSS THE QLD BORDER WITH EASED RESTRICTIONS COMING

Tamworth families are jumping at the chance to cross the border, when Queensland’s travel restrictions finally ease.

From December 17, New South Wales residents will not need to quarantine when they fly into the Sunshine State.

Travel agent, Louise Lye (LIE), says she’s been inundated with calls following yesterday’s announcement.

She says many Queenslanders have also put in calls about visiting New South Wales, as they can now confidently return home.
