Police are investigating an overnight fire which tore through four buildings at a former school in Singleton.
It took fire crews several hours to extinguish the blaze, which broke out just after midnight at the property in Patrick Street.
Two buildings were destroyed, the other two extensively damaged.
Thankfully, no one was injured.
