Warnervale is the fastest growing area on the Central Coast and the local council’s trying to get ahead of a predicted population boom over the next 15 years.
It’s drawing up a plan to upgrade roads and drainage as well as build a new community hub, which will include a town library.
It’s hoped the plan will support more than 36,000 people expected to call Warnervale home by 2036.
But costs for the project have not yet been confirmed.
