Vaccination efforts are ramping up in the Northern Rivers – with pharmacies at Ballina, Lismore and Casino soon offering the Moderna jab.
It comes amid ongoing concern about the region’s vaccination rates – including at Byron Bay, where just under 35 per cent of residents have received their second dose.
Another pop-up Pfizer clinic will be held at Lismore Workers Sports Club on Monday and Tuesday.
Covid has again been detected in sewage at Wardell.
Nearby residents are urged to get tested for even the slightest of symptoms.
