ADDITIONAL CHARGES LAID FOR FILM WORKER

A woman who travelled to Byron Bay and Tweed on a work exemption from Sydney has been hit with an additional charge.

The 31-year-old is now facing five counts of failing to check-in at venues across Byron Bay and Kingscliff.

Meanwhile the Tweed has recorded a new COVID case on its second day of lockdown.

It’s linked to another positive case from the ACT and the health network says there’s no risk to the community.
