COVID FRAGMENTS FOUND IN BYRON BAY AND LISMORE SEWAGE

The Northern New South Wales Health District is urging members of both the Lismore and Byron Bay community to come forward for testing.

Covid fragments have been found in samples from Lismore, Wardell and Byron Bay sewage treatment plants.

No new community cases were recorded in the region overnight.

Although a new exposure site has been identified from Thursday 9th of September – at Caltex Lismore Airport.
