NARRABRI, MOREE RESIDENTS AT HIGHER RISK OF LUNG CANCER

People who live in Narrabri and Moree are at a higher risk of lung cancer than others.
New research released by the Lung Foundation of Australia shows 15 per cent of locals are more likely to be diagnosed.
40 per cent are more likely to die from the disease.
The foundation is urging anyone who has a cough that lasts longer than three weeks to visit their GP.
