A man is recovering in hospital after a water tank rolled on him at Mindaribba near Maitland this afternoon.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter and paramedics were called to a property there just after 1.30pm.
When the team arrived, they started treating the 70yo man, who was suffering back and chest injuries.
It’s understood the 1,000 Litre tank was on a trailer, when it shifted and pinned the man between the tank and a post.
He was treated and stabilised, before being taken by road to John Hunter Hospital, where he’s receiving further treatment.
