It’s taken a few months, but the Kootingal Hall committee is happy enough with council’s plans for a revamp.
Originally, it was proposed the library would be moved further inside the hall, encroaching on important space for local dancers and events.
The revised vision includes a larger library at the back of the building and new kitchen but there will still be plenty of room for activities.
The committee is also eager to put an emphasis on the war memorial aspect.
