Covid vaccination rates are skyrocketing across the Northern Rivers.
More than half of the Richmond-Tweed’s residents have received their first jab.
All LGA’s have seen a boost – but the Deputy Premier gave a special mention to Kyogle.
Its vaccination rate more than doubled.
“The biggest mover for me this week is Kyogle, going from 28.8% single dose up to 60.7% single dose so again, a call out to the regions to not only get tested in those areas of concern, but go out and get vaccinated,” NSW Deputy Premier, John Barilaro, said.
More than 27 percent of residents across the region are now fully vaccinated.
