GAV’S WEATHER | A CALM WEEKEND FOR MOST
The main weather system is the shallow trough over inland Queensland.
The majority of the nation is enjoying some beautiful August conditions.
The front is going to pass, leaving behind increased cloud and limited areas of patchy showers.
There is another over Western Australia.
Two strong highs – one in the east and the other in the west – are attempting to link up, ensuring that quiet times continue for August across the majority of the nation.
Light variable winds.
A few small isolated showers will linger over the northern New South Wales coast and south-east Queensland.
Elsewhere, the fine, comfortable partly calm conditions will continue.
