Land tax relief and tenancy support payments are now available to landowners supporting their tenants during the pandemic.
Landlords can choose between the two options, if they agree to reduce rent for COVID-impacted tenants from July 14 to December 31.
Numerous conditions apply, which can be viewed on the Service New South Wales website.
