JAFFLECHUTES FLY INTO UNIVERSITY OF NEWCASTLE

There was a fresh twist on a student staple at the University of Newcastle today, with jaffles thrown from the top of a building.
It was all part of Innovation Week, with alumnus Adam Grant on hand to show off his Jafflechute set-up – a novel pop-up food business that’s appeared in cities across the world.
“The single most important thing is to do the thing that you want to do. It sounds really basic, but I think a lot of people are sitting on ideas way better than this.”
Mr Grant fronted a forum this afternoon, offering entrepreneurial advice to students.
