COVID-19 DETECTED IN CENTRAL COAST SEWAGE

Traces of coronavirus have been found in two separate sewage treatment plants on the Central Coast – at Charmhaven and Woy Woy.

Charmhaven serves 11 suburbs including Blue Haven, Doyalson and Wyong.

While, more than 41,000 people are located in the Woy Woy area, which takes in Ettalong, Umina Beach and Patonga.

Anyone with symptoms is urged to get tested immediately.
