TRIBUTES FLOW FOR EMILY CHESSON

There’s been a flood of loving tributes online for a Wallsend teenager who lost her battle with an extremely rare form of brain cancer.
13-year-old Emily Chesson was one of only 10 people in the world diagnosed with clear cell meningioma, which she had been fighting for almost three years.
Her family says she passed away peacefully in her sleep last night.
Emily is being remembered as “brave,” “cheeky,” and “truly resilient.”
