When has Andrew Constance done anything constructive like talking to the business owners along the tram route rather waste his time talking to the workers on the building site. It’s also about time he gave us a clear idea of what the government is thinking rather than keep it for a surprise when it is too late for meaningful discussions with people affected by the tram route.
