WEATHER UPDATE: HUGE TEMPERATURE SWING

A massive 17 degree temperature swing from yesterday to today at Nobbys Head weather station thanks to the cold, strong southerly that sadly didn’t produce a drop of rain.

An east coast low has now formed and one of the biggest swells we’ve had for some time will hammer the coast tomorrow. Southern protected point breaks will offer something big for experienced, fit surfers only.

Conditions will heat back as we move through the week with the next change building on Friday, which may finally produce some decent rain. I’ll check in daily with the development of this system.
