Walcha grazier Jock Laurie has been appointed to the Board of Australian Wool Innovation’s top spot.
He takes over from Colette Garnsey as chair in November.
A board member since 2015 – Mr Laurie will bring experience as a former president of the National Farmers Federation and New South Wales Farmers Association.
He hopes to continue supporting Aussie woolgrowers on-farm and in international markets.
