Police are investigating the death of a man who was hit by a truck in Kempsey early this morning.
Just before 1am, emergency services were called to the Old BP Service Station on Macleay Valley Way, near Clybucca.
When police arrived, they found the man’s body in the parking bay of the truck stop.
The truck driver was taken for mandatory testing.
A crime scene was set up and an investigation was launched into the incident.
