Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of a man missing from Raymond Terrace, in the state’s Hunter region.
Father of two, Phillip Carter, was reported missing at 10.30am on Sunday and hasn’t made contact with family or friends since, which they say is out of character for the 47-year-old.
He’s known to frequent Gosford, Brandy Hill and may have been seen in Newcastle.
Phillip is described as being of Casucasian appearance, about 170-175cm tall, of a medium to large build, medium complexion, with short grey hair and brown eyes.
