Four people have avoided serious injuries, after their Port Macquarie home went up in flames yesterday afternoon.
Just before 5pm, emergency services were called to Anita Crescent, to find the house well alight.
There were four people inside at the time, all escaped without injury except a 44 year old man, who was hospitalised with smoke inhalation.
The fire was extinguished just before 7pm.
One bedroom was destroyed by fire, while the rest of the house sustained heat, smoke and water damage.
The fire isn’t being treated as suspicious.
