HILDER HOME FROM ALL STARS

Forster’s Kylie Hilder is back home, after her All Stars Touch Football team narrowly lost to the Indigenous All Stars in the prelude match to the NRL clash on Friday night.

Hilder’s team missed out by just one-try, with the Indigenous side winning five to four.

The 38-year-old, who captained the All Stars squad, says she’s disappointed with the result, but the better team won on the day.

She is now preparing to compete in the Australian World Cup Squad, before travelling to Coffs Harbour for the Elite Eight competition.

She’s hoping to go out with a bang, with plans to retire at the end of the year.
