Toby Price has become the first person to win the Finke Desert Race on both two wheels and four after winning this year’s car category.
The six time winner of the bike category, also set a new record time of 1:39:15 on four wheels.
Price has previously missed out on winning the Finke on four wheels after leading in 2018 and 2019 on day 1 to then not finish the race.
Racing in a Mitsubishi Triton trophy truck, his vehicle almost overheated, threatening to once again bring the Singleton boy undone.
Price finished more than 1 minute ahead of his nearest competitor Josh Howells.
