Tamworth’s Prostate Cancer Support Group is encouraging more men to get checked for the disease, through a simple blood test at their GP.
This Men’s Health Week – survivors, and those still battling prostate cancer have been out in force for the cause.
The support group is also running a sit-up challenge – encouraging blokes to have a crack at 45 sit-ups per day.”
The whole point is that prostate cancer is so prevalent with so many people being diagnosed each day like 45, round the place so many dying of it as well.”
