A man’s been flown to hospital after being trampled by a cow, west of Nabiac on the mid north coast.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter and paramedics were called to a property at Dyers Crossing at 12.35pm.
The 77-year-old suffered pelvic injuries and was airlifted to the John Hunter in a stable condition, needing further treatment.
