COFFS UNITED CLOSER TO MINOR PREMIERSHIP TITLE

Last night Coffs United cemented its favouritism tag, with a big win over the Orara Valley Dingoes.

The Lions scored six first half goals, three of them in the opening 15 minutes.

Coffs captain Scott Goddard says the performance was one of the best this season.

“The performance we put in in the first half was a tough one to top, we spoke about not conceding so it was disappointing to concede one at the end. I think all round the performance was exceptional.”

The comprehensive win sees the Lions edge closer to another minor premiership title.
