Liverpool Plains Shire Council has released its draft budget ahead of the new financial year.
The council is looking at a deficit of more than $8-point-6 million in 2021-22.
Among its capital works spend are plans to improve water infrastructure, road renewals, and disability inclusions.
Written submissions can be made to the council by June 16.
