A man has died after fire broke out inside a home at Premer, on the Liverpool Plains, this morning.
Emergency services were called to the property shortly before 6.30, to find it well alight.
The body of a man – believed to be aged in his 20s – was discovered inside and is yet to be formally identified.
Police don’t believe the fire is suspicious.
Premer Avenue remains closed to traffic while investigations continue.
