Property prices in the Northern Rivers are continuing to skyrocket, with Richmond-Tweed seeing the most growth in the last 12 months across the country.
Data from Corelogic shows the region experienced a nearly 22 percent increase in house prices, and a 15.5 percent increase in units, taking the top spot in both categories.
The median house price in the Byron Shire Council area is now $1.4million, higher than Greater Sydney.
