POLICE INVESTIGATING SUSPICIOUS FIRE AT UNOCCUPIED LISMORE PROPERTY

Police are investigating a suspicious fire, which damaged a Lismore home early this morning.

Emergency crews were called to the Ballina Rd property shortly before 4am, to find it well alight.

It took fire crews around an hour to extinguish the blaze.

Fortunately, the house was unoccupied.

Officers are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
