WATER RESTRICTIONS ENFORCED ACROSS GUNNEDAH SHIRE

It’s been a long time coming, now level one water restrictions are being enforced across Gunnedah Shire.

While Gunnedah already has permanent conservation measures in place, unprecedented drought conditions, has forced the council to take further steps.

Sprinklers can only be used between six and seven – morning and night, hard surfaces can only be washed with high-pressure hoses and a permit is required to fill pools larger than 2000 litres.
