A man has been referred for a health assessment after allegedly leading police on a pursuit in Tamworth.
Officers were alerted to a break-and-enter on Denison Street on Tuesday night, with reports a Holden Colorado had been stolen.
A chase began, with police arresting a 21-year-old man.
He was charged with a string of offences and formally referred for medical assessment.
