Nearly 200 residents have joined council’s legal battle against it being built.
It has nothing to do with multi-culturalism. Everyone lives together quite happily on the Gold Coast. They are trying to find a ‘pity’ point to win their case. It has to do with planning and finding the right property for the IMA. The hours are just wrong for a residential area and the traffic in and around the property would not handle extra visitors. It is already a dangerous area with 3 blind-rises. We have offered them similar properties in more suitable locations and they chose to ‘fight’ for this one. It is not fair on local residents and being a ‘religious’ estalishment should not stand in the way of saying “no”.
Islam has nothing to do with multiculturism either. What Islam demands Islam gets by comparison to any other culture in this so-called multicultural society and it is downright discrimination. They will play every card in their hand. The victim card, The guilt card, The demand card, The supremist card, The Race card, and the underlying threat card. Oh and did I mention the Socialist card. It must stop now, Islam is not compatible with a democratic society and they make no secret about taking over our country with sharia law and Islam.
