Waterfall Way has reopened, after cutting off the link between Bellingen and Dorrigo for nearly three weeks.
Torrential rain last month caused five major landslips and 12 minor.
The worst extended 100 metres along the road.
Three sections of Waterfall Way are now operating as single-lanes under traffic control while clean up and remediation works continue.
