Construction on a boardwalk linking Terrigal Beach to The Haven is nearing completion.
The $5.8 million project consists of a 277-metre path and viewing platform.
The nearby rock pool is also receiving a $250,000 makeover.
Central Coast Council says the area remains a building site – with residents and tourists alike asked to stay clear.
The boardwalk will officially open next week on April 14.
