FIRE’S REDMAYNE NAMED PLAYER OF THE MATCH AGAINST NSW BREAKERS

In her debut as captain of the Queensland Fire, Alstonville’s Georgia Redmayne has led the team to an eight-wicket win against New South Wales.
The wicketkeeper was also named as player of the match, in the rain-reduced game at North Sydney Oval.
The win means Queensland is still in with a chance to go up against Victoria in the final next Saturday.
To make the final, they’ll need to beat the Breakers in tomorrow’s match starting at 10 o’clock.
